whether is it better to design a website using Flash rather than using just HTML?
The question of whether it is better to design a website using Flash rather than using just HTML has sparked many debates among web developers. For the most part, it seems that developers tend to defend what they know, although there are some important differences between a pure HTML website and a website that is completely done using Flash. Why is it important to organize files in web design?
First, to keep files in an order while creating a web site is important for us to work better and more comfortable. we sometimes might need to change our css as we get better. In this case, we can change our css easier as files in an order. It'll help the computer to work faster as well.
Second, if we write our css without thinking and it has problems at the end, we will have to change it. Then it will take our time for too long. As you know, time is money. So, we will just waste our time with our money.

What is the difference between "the web" and "the internet" ?
The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standardized Internet Protocol Suit (TCP/IP), serving billions of users worldwide. It is a network of networks copper wires, fiber-optic cables, wireless connections, and other technologies. The Internet carries a vast array of information resources and services, most notably the inter-linked hypertext documents of the Worls Wide Web (WWW) and the infrastructure to support electronic e-mail.
So, we connect web through the internet.
